Kelayakan
- Diploma and above in Business Administration, business studies , in any discipline and/or with relevant working experiences.
- Proficiency with computers, especially Auto Count software and MS Office.
- Hardworking, possess positive attitude, sense of job responsibility and initiatives.
- Good in teamwork, organization skills and administration.
- Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Aggressive and fast learner.
- Good attitude and responsible character.
Tanggungjawab
- Receiving and processing customer purchase orders.
- Issuing sales transaction invoices.
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Compiling monthly sales reports.
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
- Assist in sales documents and purchasing of raw material.
- Assist to prepare shipping documents for import & export and follow ups.
- Other task assigned by management.
