The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
5+ years' experience in Human Resources
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgment
Oversee & work independently to take charge of hiring and termination processes such as interviewing, new employees onboard, new staff orientation and etc.
Oversee payroll matters.
Ongoing recruitment process for all levels.
Expatriate management encompassing work permit approvals, accommodation and related services
Employee relations including managing absence, disciplinary issues, grievances and MCs.
To interact with all level of people, department in a proactive and tactful manner
To maintain and update all leave, MC records and to generate leave summary report if it’s required by the management.
To prepare, record and issue any employments related correspondence such as Letter of Appointment, confirmation, promotion, probation’s extension, termination, warning letter and etc .
Report and process matters relating to SOCSO, Labour office, Immigration, Custom and etc.
Assists organization staff interaction party such as company function and etc.
Handle any other ad-hoc duties if it’s required.
MUST BE Able to work under high pressure, fast moving environment and deliver within an aggressive timeline.
Priority given to candidates who had experience in the Infomation technology Development industry.
