Kelayakan

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Human Resource Management.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. 
  • Strong working knowledge of Malaysian Employment Law and best practices.
  • Possess own transport.

  • Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; conducting and analysing exit interviews; and recommending changes.
  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Assist in a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; and recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
  • Assist in legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings. 
  • Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records. 
  • Cultivates professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies. 
  • Assist in human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results. 
  • Advances human resource staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. 
  • Conduct recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads.
  • Assist in maintaining and revising the company’s policies and procedures.
  • Assist in resolving workplace grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining the company organizational chart and writing job descriptions.
  • Ensure compliance with the Employment Act and other relevant statutory requirements.
  • To ensure that the internal policies and programs conform to all laws that affect the workplace.
  • Assist in developing and facilitating performance appraisal program (KPI) for annual increment and bonus.
  • Assist Collective bargaining and negotiation.
  • Assist in maintaining and revising the Collective Agreement and Company handbook for Terms & Conditions of Employment.
  • Conduct annual review of all insurance policies to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Assist in preparing Annual Budget for HR Operations and monitor expenses as per budget.
  • Maintaining a secure work facility to protect the organization’s confidential information and property.
  • Assist in developing and overseeing document control activities for ISO related documents.
  • Assist in planning and facilitating external and internal training programmes and development.
  • Assist in managing Succession Planning of staff.
  • To facilitate all safety & health policies and disseminate guidelines & information as when required.
  • Any other duty / task assigned by the Human Resource Manager.
  •  SKILLS
  • Strong collaboration, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsand able to build rapport with all levels of employees.
  • Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development.
  • Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources processes.
  • Ability to lead and develop HR department staff members.
  • Excellent organization management skills and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Highly motivated self-starter, energetic, aggressive and focused.
