Kelayakan
- With 4A Agency working experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a similar field.
- Proven minimum 1 year of working experience in Brand Marketing, KOL / Influencer Specialist, Digital Marketing
- Fluent in Mandarin English & Bahasa Malaysia both oral and written
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Tanggungjawab
- Brainstorming social media content to be part of a content publishing strategy and seasonal marketing efforts.
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive online advertising strategy with short video campain that aligns with the company's marketing objectives across various platforms that resonate with the target audience;
- Ensuring synchronization between content, visual and advertising strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness on a timely manner
- Establish and maintain open lines of communication with customers through various channels, such as email, phone, and social media;
- Gather, analyze, and report customer feedback and insights to relevant teams within the organization to enhance services and customer experiences
- Assisting the production team with advertising strategies
- Define, create, and manage marketing acquisition efforts across awareness, consideration, and conversion using multiple channels (Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu)
- Managing the end-to-end process of the influencer marketing strategist, starts from approaching suitable KOL/ Influencer, creating & present the brief, and reviewing their performance
- Generating new business opportunities
