Kelayakan
- Experienced candidates/ Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Diploma Or Degree in Marketing/ E Commerce
- Avid social media geek: Facebook, Blog, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Wechat, Line etc
- Skills in Email Marketing/ Google Analytics/ SEO/ SEM/ Growth Hacking/ Mixpanel/ Flurry/ Split testing etc would be a bonus
- Fluent in English , Mandarin and Malay
- Creative, can-do attitude & energetic
- Able to multi-task, proactive and meticulous
- Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office & Adobe Photoshop
Tanggungjawab
- Support the Sales Manager in creating, planning and activating campaigns and strategies to drive key brand marketing.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitors, products and pricing in the market.
- Manage and execute online e-commerce campaigns related to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, and reporting on various platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, the online web store and others.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse and Service center to ensure smooth operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management and logistical arrangements.
- Create content for social media and manage all social media platforms to ensure that content is scheduled and updated effectively.
- Work closely with the Brand Principal on marketing materials, new product launches, order management, product warranty, funding and payments.
- Manage contractors for the installation of new display cabinets/counters, and oversee the progress of after-sales service.
- Plan, develop, and design key brand new product sales and marketing materials and collateral from promotion, from conceptualizing to design, print and production.
- Regularly analyze campaigns, product performance, profitability, and customer demographics to enhance product marketing strategies.
- handle ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as required by the management.
