- Able to read Mandarin (may deal with documents written in Mandarin)
- Good command of English (written and spoken)

Tanggungjawab
- Office Supplies Management and Maintenance including staff refreshments
- Handling Quotations, PR (Purchase Requisition), PO (Purchase Order), DO(Deliver Order) and invoicing.
- Monitoring and liaising with finance regarding payment
- Company Assets Administration including Motorcycle mileage claim, dispatch and drivers arrangement
- Arrange courier services for company documents and parcels
- Pick up and Filter incoming calls
- Assist in interview management and meetings with guests
- Update, monitor, maintain and verify Attendance and Leave records
- Assist in petty cash and staff claims processesAssist in administrative onboarding process for new joiners
- Assist to company events and administrative matters
- Support HR Function
