Kelayakan
- Minimum 1 year of experience at supervisory role in managing a Cafe/Restaurant/Fast food sector or other sectors.
- Minimum 2 years experience in F&B industry.
- Minimum education level SPM / O’Level.
- Ability to communicate in both English and Bahasa as this candidate will be engaging with customer.
- Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Corporative and helpful with other team members.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, hardworking, dedicated, and passionate about the F&B industry.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, eve of public holidays and public holidays on 6days/week, 7.5hours/day.
- Independent and able to multi-task.
- Able to start work in short notice and adapt to work environment would be an added advantage.
Tanggungjawab
- Assisting Store Manager/Area Manager with outlet’s manpower planning, inventory management, preparation of products and overseeing of the daily operations.
- Ability to provide trainings to staff on operational skills and knowledge that align with company requirements.
- Adhere and assist to enforce the established SOP and guidelines at each workstation.
- Support hands on duties such as beverages preparation, manage customer orders and handle payment transactions.
- Provide outstanding and enthusiastic customer service at all times.
- Maintain store hygiene conditions to ensure compliance with food safety standard and regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
