We are looking for a Senior Manager to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to CV/Resume screening and closing hires for our Japanese clients.

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia
Business-minded where applicable with entrepreneurship skill to ensure business success.
Have strong knowledge of applicable identifying hiring needs, Client search and networking.
Senior Managers plan, direct and coordinate policies concerning the personnel, industrial relations and occupational health and safety activities of an enterprise or organisation, or of enterprises that provide human resource services to other enterprises and organisations.
Sourcing and reaching out to new clients
Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles
Serving as a go-between for candidates and the client company
Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end
Planning, directing and coordinating the personnel and industrial relations activities, policies and practices of an enterprise or organisation;
Planning and organising procedures for recruitment, training, promotion, transfer and dismissal of staff;
Planning and organising negotiations and procedures for determination of wage structures and level and for consultation with workers on conditions of employment;
Overseeing safety, health and related programmes and activities;
Establishing and directing operational and administrative procedures
Overseeing the development and implementation of management information systems;
Ensuring compliance with standards and legislation relating to employees’ rights, health and safety, equal opportunity and related concerns;
Overseeing the selection, training and performance of staff for the entire enterprise or organisation;
Consulting with senior management and with managers of other departments;
Representing the enterprise or organisation in dealings with outside bodies.
Annual leave shall be in accordance with the prevailing Labour Law
