• Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email 

marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns. 

Content Creation and Management

• Oversee the creation and delivery of compelling content across various digital 

platforms to engage customers and build brand awareness. 

• Work with content creators to ensure that all digital content is consistent with 

the brand’s voice, style, and tone as outlined in company's brand guide. 

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms 

including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. 

• Plan and schedule regular posts, interact with followers, analyze social media 

trends, and adjust strategies as needed to boost engagement and reach. 

Analytics and Reporting

• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and 

assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). 

• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience 

across multiple channels and customer touch points. 

SEO and Website Management

• Optimize website content for search engines and manage the website’s 

health and usability to ensure high rankings in search results. 

• Continuously check and improve on-page and off-page SEO strategies to 

increase organic traffic.
