Kelayakan
- At least Diploma in Business Management or any related fields.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply Prior experience as Sales Admin Assistant is added advantage.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Tanggungjawab
- Customer Correspondence Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate and timely information or directing them to the appropriate sales representative.
- Sales Documentation - (i) Prepare and process quotation, sales orders, invoices, purchase orders, and other sales-related documents accurately. - (ii) Maintain organized and up-to-date filing for sales documents and customer records.
- Sales Support Collaborate with the logistic and warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Communication and Coordination Liaise with other departments such as finance, logistics, and marketing to ensure smooth coordination and execution of sales-related activities.
