Kelayakan
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Executive or in a similar procurement role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Tanggungjawab
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability.
- Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely order placement to meet project timelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent and reliable delivery of goods and services.
- Address and resolve any issues or disputes with suppliers promptly.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to achieve cost savings and maximize value.
- Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Conduct regular supplier audits and assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and contracts.
- Generate reports on procurement performance and cost savings.
