Kelayakan
- Having at least 4year(s) of working experience in related field.
- Proficiency in video production, editing, and graphic design software.
- Deep understanding of social media platform features and trends.
- Creative and strong editing skills with the ability to translate concepts into clear, concise and compelling content.
- Proficient in Mandarin is a MUST, able to speak, read and write Mandarin because of job requirement need to edit mandarin word in video production.
- Fluent in English is a plus.
- A great sense of design & attention to detail and focus on quality.
- Ability to analyze and use data-driven insights.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic, possesses an eye for detail and highly organized.
Tanggungjawab
- Collaborate with the social media team to develop video content strategies aligned with the platform's brand and goals.
- Use professional camera equipment, lighting, and sound recording techniques to capture high-quality video footage. Coordinate shoots, manage talent, and oversee all aspects of production.
- Edit and post-produce videos, including cutting, trimming, adding graphics, animations, and effects. Ensure videos are optimized for the platform's format and specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and features on the social media platform to optimize video content for maximum reach and engagement. This may include utilizing hashtags, trends, and interactive features.
- Monitor user comments, feedback, and engagement metrics to make data-driven decisions for content improvement.
- Work closely with other team members, such as social media managers, graphic designers, and marketers, to align video content with broader marketing and communication strategies.
- Involve in event production. Working with creative teams to plan video shoots. Setting up and taking down cameras, microphones, lighting, props and other equipment. Editing footage after recording.
