Tanggungjawab
- To promote the sale of services and products available
- To reply to messages in all social media platform and WhatsApp enquiries.
- Interacting with customers, providing information in answer to inquiries about products, and services.
- To ensure customer satisfaction level is maintained high
- Taking service inquiry calls from customers or clients and dispatching the suitable customer service associate to address questions.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints, or special orders via mail or phone.
- Investigating and correcting errors, following company and customer records.
- To ensure personal and team sales targets are achieved.
- To champion and deliver our brand standard at all times.
- Reporting & completing task given by your direct supervisor.
- To perform as and when necessary, task given by management level.
