Kelayakan
- At least 1 years of experience in customer service experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge on how to use Outlook, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin, Bahasa Melaka & English Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin-speaking clients).
- Strong multitasking skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills needed: Good communication/ customer service skills, accurate and logical problem solving, multitasking skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
Tanggungjawab
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries and issues through various channels such as phone, email, social media, or online chat.
- Resolve customer problems, complaints, and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain positive, trusting, and stable relationships with customers.
- Provide relevant information, advice, and solutions to meet customer needs.
- Record and manage customer information and interactions, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Aid customers in resolving product or service-related problems, including guiding them through troubleshooting and repairs.
- Coordinate with other departments or teams to resolve customer issues.
- Provide customers with information about products, services, or policies to help them make informed decisions.
- Educate customers on how to use the company's online platforms or self-service options.
- Comply with the company's customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
