You will play an important role in-

• Designing the menu and adapting the recipes creatively so that food is delicious and healthy
• Selecting the ingredients which give dishes the best flavour and at the same time healthy.
• Cook the meals according prepared recipe and method.
• Rightly estimating raw material needed to ensure appropriate inventory and minimise waste
• Practicing the best practices to ensure food safety, kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
