Kelayakan
- High School / Diploma or Professional Certificate.
- Preferably Degree in Business / Management / Logistics or a related field.
- Have at least 2 years' experience in the LMW industry, with experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position.
- Able to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Computer literate, self-motivated & with a high degree of responsibility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Data Entry Software.
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
- Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
Tanggungjawab
- Shipment arrangement with market dept. including import/export by sea, air & land.
- Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities.
- Coordinate transportation operations with forwarders including inquiries, booking, etc.
- Prepare all shipping reports including monthly statement LMW, customs form, raw statement, sales, sub-con and others.
- Dealing with all import/export documentation/permit/form and ensuring IT is fully accurate.
- Handle license renewal, exemption applications, and government agencies approval.
- Liaison with government agency officers for customs and shipping-related issues.
- Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
- Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
- Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
- Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
- Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.
- Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
