• SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualitifications in any relevant fields
• Good attitude and responsible character
• Attention to detail (plating, heat control, portion control, quality, precision, presentation)
• Have good business sense (cost control, food pricing, administration)
• keeps kitchen clean and safe, practise good hygiene and food safety standards
• Have culinary skills (cooking, grilling, ingredient selection, knife skills)
• Fast paced (can handle pressure, solve problems, takes initiative)
• Strong leader and motivates team to work fast
• Very organised in the kitchen (planning, multitasking)
