To be successful in this role, you will need to have :
- Well communicate in Mandarin and English
- Education level : SPM / Diploma / Degree
- Candidate must good with work in office ( Cyberjaya )

You will play an important role in :
- Handling all inbound calls pertaining customer general enquiries
- Reply email / live chat to customer complaint and feedback
- Exceeding customer expectation in term if customer service & accurate information
