Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least a minimum LCCI or Diploma in Accounting.
- Required Skill(s): - MS Excel, MS Word & MS Powerpoint
- Accounting Software: - SQL Accounting, Autocount Accounting System
- Required Language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia in order to liaise with customers and vendors.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicant must be willing to work in Serdang, Selangor.
- Eye on detail and meticulous
- Good attitude and interpersonal skills
- Able to deliver high-quality work results.
- Ability to manage multi-functional tasks
- Able to work independently
Tanggungjawab
- Processing Transactions, issuing vouchers and updating ledgers
- Assisting in preparing Financial Report
- Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry
- Responsible for Accounts Payable functions
- Input data for trade & non-trade into systems.
- Checking monthly statements of accounts from creditors.
- Reconcile any irregularities in receipts, handle cash book and bank reconciliation
- Check and process expense claim
- Verify and perform payments by issuing cheques/ by cash/ over the bank counter.
- Perform data entry in accounting systems & record transactions.
- Perform filing and documentation work.
- Other tasks assigned
