Kelayakan
- Personal traits must positive, passionate, collaborative and a self-starter.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment and a team player
- At least 2 years relevant experience
- Always put customers at first priority and keep them happy
- General computer knowledge for Microsoft Office
Tanggungjawab
- Handle Outbound calls and promote company services
- Follow up on customer inquiry, sales and perform aftersales services
- Responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients
- Report and update Leaders on clients' requests and feedbacks
- Work closely with another departments.
