Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Required Skill(s): Sales & Service
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed and if you have experience in E-commerce or POS systems is an added advantage.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Applicants must possess their own transport.
- This position is required to Travel and perform Outdoor Sales.
Tanggungjawab
- Source for new customers to promote our software solutions to them.
- Contact and follow up with leads provided by the marketing department, engaging with potential clients in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our software solution.
- Build strong relationship with client, understanding their specific requirements, and provide solution to meet the client’s needs.
- Responsible for Accounting System, POS System, Payroll System, Loyalty System, E-Commerce System.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies and effectively communicate product updates and promotions to clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Working under pressure, self-discipline is important.
