Kelayakan

Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing/ Business Administration or equivalent

More than 10 years sales experience in food industry

More than 5 years experience in leading sales team

Highly skilled in prospecting and targeting new FMCG & F&B Clients

Strong expertise in local market & strong existing business relations

Good communication, negotiation & presentation skills

Required Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia

Computer Skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point

Tanggungjawab

Overall involvement in both marketing & sales operation of the company

Responsible for leading & motivating the sales team to meet sales targets

Identify new or potential customer in each area and collect relevant customer information

To develop sales & marketing strategies & execute business conduct to achieve revenue growth & profit target

To develop new business opportunity and maintain good & profitable business relationship with potential or existing client

Monitor and evaluate existing product performance, develop sales plan & pricing strategy for existing & new products to achieve sales & profit targets

Conduct market research to understand client & market requirement and meet the customer expectation

To assist in developing marketing & product strategy that align to company business direction

Attend periodic meetings with superior officers for marketing management communication and continuous improvement of sales development.

Quality relationship management with the superior officers and management

Full compliance to a structured working day stipulated by the Sales & Marketing managing guidelines.

Responsible for the overall execution of operational plans of action with regard to timetable and activities.

Carry out related tasks as required by management
