Kelayakan
- Can Speak Mandarin Read Mandarin (HR/ Assistant)
- Possess Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management/Social Sciences/Business Administration or its equivalent.
- At least 1 years of relevant working experience preferably.
- However fresh graduate with excellent education result are also encourage to apply.
- PC literate and well versed with Microsoft Office applications and payroll system.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of people.
- Familiar with Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act.
Tanggungjawab
- Assist on staff recruitment including advertisement, sourcing for candidates, arranging interview, formalization of appointment
- Assist in Payroll department
- Maintain employee discipline and harmony, handle employee relations issues
- Provide general and operational administrative support by attending to the administrative needs of the office and staff.
