Executive, Sales and Applications, Group Sales Operations

Sales and Sales Operation Related :

• Handles and coordinates on KL HQ inquiries/RFX/ITB/Tender via email or vendor portal, PETRONAS SMART GEP/JX NIPPON/ARIBA SHELL/HIBISCUS GEP/SAPURA/ HESS and others.
• Provides sales support to Manager and Senior Sales Team.
• Compiles bids, quotes, tenders and Price Agreements and preparation of invoices and delivery orders/notes as required.
• Maintains the upkeep of Company purchased records (Filter Spares) and proper filling of all documents for sales.
• Assists Manager to prepare and monitor monthly Invoice Aging/ ITB / Purchased Order progress.
• Assists with Manager, Senior Sales Team and Office Administrator on Company Profile revisions and updates.
• Assists in liaison assignments and conveyancing of documentations and related communications with various associates of the Company/Group's including legal firms, land offices, local councils, utility companies, company secretarial, accounting and auditing, trustee firms etc.

IT Related :

• Keep the company's webpage continuously up-dated and upgraded as necessary, on monthly basis.
• Up-dates Company Corporate Profile in line with changes/ up-grades in said webpage.
• Assists in troubleshooting relating to webpage and Company wireless Unifi / Domain / Hosting operations.

Salary and benefits will be commensurate with qualifications, skills and experience (from RM 3,000.00) with paid leave entitlements, EPF / Socso and Medical/Surgical and Personal Accident coverage). 

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview / screening sessions by a panel Company Managers/Executives.
