Kelayakan
- Possess high school/STPM/"A" level/pre-university, professional certificate, diploma, advanced/postgraduate diploma or equivalent in the field of Human Resource Management
- Proficient in the use of office software, good at organizing forms and organizing company-related documents and files
- Ability to communicate well both written and verbally in English and Chinese
- Proficient in handling human resources documents and employee attendance
- Understand the Employment Act and other relevant government regulations
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for establishing the company's personnel files and keeping them safe; responsible for calculating the monthly attendance of the company's employees and handling payroll verification matters
- Responsible for the daily management and maintenance records of the company's office equipment and public facilities, and assisting in the storage and organization of the chairman's tea room
- Responsible for handling foreign worker issues, including work permit applications, renewals and terminations
- Prepare and prepare documents for timely submission to management and relevant government departments
- Assist in recruitment matters of the headquarter company
- Handle company tax returns and other matters
