Kelayakan
- A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition
- Proven ability to work with various recruitment models (RPO/headhunting/direct sourcing) and to manage a large and diverse requisition workload
- Broad knowledge and demonstrated success, utilizing Internet and Social Media strategies for identifying passive and active candidate pools, internal and external databases, meet ups/blogs, cold calling, and research
- Business and results orientation with a passion for people
- Good ability to drive delivery in a positive and professional manner and work to tight deadlines
- Understanding and experience using Recruiting related technologies, e.g. web-based applicant tracking systems, internet search engines, MS Office programs like Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible to manage full spectrum of recruitment functions which include sourcing, screening, interviewing and placement of potential candidates according to the business requirements.
- Provide support to the hiring manager throughout the recruitment process for all positions up to managerial levels.
- Coordinate with internal hiring managers to ensure hiring needs are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Participate in career fairs, career talks and other recruitment / HR activities.
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
- Building network through industry contacts, associations, trade groups, social media, and employees.
- Perform any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.
