Kelayakan
- Diploma and experience working in boiler operation.
- Compulsory to have Steam Boiler Grade 1 Certificate or Certificate Grade 2 issued by DOSH.
- Minimum 2 years as Boilerman Grade 1 in manufacturing industry.
- Familiar with boiler requirements for operations and maintenance in accordance to Occupational.
- Familiar on steam boiler JKKP inspection and maintenance works.
- Basic boiler electrical and mechanical trouble-shooting skills.
- Able to work on shift & off day.
- Able to learn with growth mindset and positive attitude.
- Motivated, analytical, independently and able to work under minimum supervisory.
Tanggungjawab
- To perform daily operation checking and monitoring on boiler to ensure boiler and utilities equipment running in safe and good working condition.
- Daily inspection at the boiler on gauge glass, safety valve, burner flame, chimney, smoke emission, exhaust gas temperature, boiler pressure, internal gas pipeline, feed water tank temperature and level, circulation pump pressure, water supply tank and blowdown valve.
- Prepare chemical, analysis and control boiler water operating limits.
- Troubleshoot and rectify problem pertaining to machines and operation at boiler house.
- Perform repair and parts replacement as required to pass boiler inspection and ensure safe operation.
- To make necessary preparations and follow-ups with contractors for annual boiler inspections by the relevant authorities.
- To maintain, monitor, establish standards and keep good records for Boiler Maintenance.
- Adherence to all company policies, rules and regulations and committed to company’s quality and continuous improvement programs such as FSSC 22000 and HACCP.
- Involve in new machineries installation and modification.
- Any other tasks assigned by the superior.
