Kelayakan
- Malaysian (required with experience)
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree, in design or in any field. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidate with experience/knowledge in related industry is an added advantage.
- Have skill and knowledge for using Microsoft Office , Adobe Photoshop , Illustrator, office equipment , editing tools and so on
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Ability to speak in other dialects or local dialects is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- Passionate in E-commerce and online marketing initiatives
- Highly participating in online and social network platforms
- Pleasant attitude, focused on details, well organised and excellent time management skills.
- Able to work in team and able to start work immediately
Tanggungjawab
- Managing online sales and strategy on E-commerce and social media platforms (Website, Shopee, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Upload new product in a timely manner, keep product listing, store banner attractive at all times and marketing plan to drive traffic to website and apps to increase sales.
- Do editing for the products picture/post
- Responsible to attend all the customer service, reply customer inbox/whatsapp/live chat/calls/email-enquiries. Coordinate with the Sales Team & Production team for the e-commerce order fulfillment & inventory management.
- Create content marketing for websites, such as products, promotions and etc. and maintain activity on the websites.
- Provide information and other services such as handling returns of merchandise
