Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in English/TESL or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Preferable language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Committed and strong sense of urgency toward deadlines
- Self-motivated, good team player, able to work independently, multi-task and take proactive action to resolved assigned tasks.
- Solid understanding of classroom activities and teaching best practices
- Must have a compassionate and positive attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and presentation abilities.
- Can start on-duty IMMEDIATELY will be advantage
Tanggungjawab
- Helping teachers create lesson plans.
- Review material taught in class with students
- Working with groups of students to enhance the learning process.
- Making sure classrooms are safe and organized.
- Provide a welcoming and inclusive environment to all students by proactively offering assistance while on shift.
- Assist teachers with various tasks, like grading assignments and assessing students' performance
- Help students adjust, learn and socialize and report to teachers about possible behavioural issues
- Supervise student attendance while on shift, ensure that student & staff are abiding by all policies and procedures.
- Create education content in various media forms including videos, audios and PowerPoint slides
- Assess students abilities by conducting one-to-one sessions
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Greet clients and students at the beginning of an event and continuing with follow-ups throughout.
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned from time to time
