Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in English or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Preferable language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Committed and strong sense of urgency toward deadlines
- Self-motivated, good team player, able to work independently, multi-task and take proactive action to resolved assigned tasks.
- Must have a compassionate and positive attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and presentation abilities.
- Can start on-duty IMMEDIATELY will be advantage
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for performing CE duties assigned from time to time.
- Manage the learning of enrolled students within a set period of time.
- Engage with the students closely for their attendance/absence, their submissions and their overall status.
- Provide the students with sufficient information for them to attend the class sessions.
- Give reminders for each session and encourage the students to join sessions
- Track student attendance and submissions.
- Assist the students on how to attend online classes and accessing their online accounts for learning materials.
- Ensure that CE's daily tasks run smoothly as per the daily schedule.
- Prepare and update the monthly CE report on a daily basis.
- Carry out the tasks of the monthly iFikir event together with other teams.
- Assist Marketing Team in carrying out the daily tasks such as organise and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media) exhibitions and promotional events.
- Other ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by the Management.
