- Know basic office software
- Create sales invoice & follow up on outstanding payments
- Handling customer inquiries after sales service
- Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services
- Make sure products in good condition when handling
- Create a positive image and lead consumers to use IT
- Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements
- Report on demonstration related information
