Kelayakan
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing or similar role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Certifications such as Google Analytics Certification, Google Ads Certification, HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification, etc., are a plus.
Tanggungjawab
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company's website and generate leads.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with customers.
- Develop and manage content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, etc.
- Monitor and analyze website analytics and campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and engaging digital assets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies, and make recommendations for adoption where appropriate.
- Work cross-functionally with other teams such as sales, product, and customer support to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Continuously test and iterate on digital marketing strategies to improve performance and ROI.
