Kelayakan
- Proven experience in public relations, communications, or a similar role, with a focus on project management and relationship-building.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop creative solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Tanggungjawab
- Lead project management for timely project execution.
- Establish and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders (contractors, government agencies, business partners, suppliers, customs, etc.).
- Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing inquiries and fostering positive relationships.
- Identify opportunities to enhance Homy Villa’s reputation and visibility through strategic communications.
- Develop and implement communication strategies for conveying Sabah KKIP's initiatives, achievements, and updates.
- Coordinate and participate in meetings, events, and engagements with stakeholders to strengthen relationships and support organizational objectives.
- Collaborate internally to align messaging and communications efforts with organizational goals.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and relevant news for PR opportunities and risks.
- Prepare regular reports on PR activities, including stakeholder engagements, media coverage, and performance metrics.
