Kelayakan
- Able to speak and understand Mandarin
- Have experience in HR and Admin will be advantage.
- Knowledge of HR functions and procedures.
- Familiarity with HR's software and MS Office suite.
- Attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Tanggungjawab
- Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate screenings.
- Maintaining employee records, including attendance, leave, and personal information.
- Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, such as attendance records and leave deductions.
- Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientations.
- Handling employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assisting with performance management processes, including scheduling appraisal meetings and maintaining performance records.
- Coordinating training sessions and workshops for employees.
- Managing office supplies and inventory, and liaising with vendors for procurement.
- Handling general administrative tasks, such as drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office cleanliness.
- Assisting in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
