Kelayakan
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field (bakery industry) is required for this position.
- Candidate must possess at least Degree/Diploma in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
- Preferable able to communicate in Bahasa, English and Mandarin
- Work Schedule: 5 days/week, off day Sat & Sun
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Possess own transport
Tanggungjawab
- Work with Production PIC to analyze job orders and develop production tasks and schedules.
- Work with production teams to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products.
- To ensure compliance of HALAL and FSSC 22000 (Food Safety System Certification Standard) requirements to meet stringent quality expectation by customers.
- Ensure that the final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
- Investigate problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions.
- To perform any other responsibility as directed by the Management from time to time.
