Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent
- Preferably with minimum 1-2 years working experience in related field or HR/Office Support administration skills
- Familiar with the Malaysia Immigration ESD/MDEC/MIDA work permit application rules and procedures is an added advantage
- Strong work ethic and integrity, and ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
- Strong time management skills, well organized and motivated to exceed expectations
- Able to work as a team, independent and proactive
- Good command of English and Bahasa both written and spoken. Understand of Cantonese/ Mandarin is an added advantage
- Good computer knowledge Microsoft office, Excel, Power Point
Tanggungjawab
- Handle all HR functions which include recruitment, payroll, administration and etc
- Update and maintain employees' profile, including attendance and leave records
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records and files
- Handle monthly payroll and submit EPF, SOCSO + EIS and PCB to government statutory
- Liaise with relevant government authorities and statutory bodies on matters related to human resources
- To handle foreign knowledge workers (FKW) application, renewal and other related matters
- Prepare required documentation for employment pass applications and follow-up with relevant local authorities as and when required
- Handle all general office administration related works such as expenses, rental, and renewal payments
- To perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Management
