Kelayakan
- Requires cross-team communication and good communication skills in Mandarin and English.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Min 1 year working experience in training or quality assurance team of Customer Service Department.
- Familiar with customer service procedures and standards and have good customer service awareness and service skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills, good risk awareness, and be able to adapt to the fast-paced industry.
- Good data analysis skills and be able to locate issues from data.
- Experienced in quality assurance team for customer service teams in the blockchain or financial industries would be an advantage.
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for supervising and inspecting the service quality of the customer service department, including but not limited to various service methods such as phone calls, emails, and online chats.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on the service quality according to the company's service standards and procedures.
- Regularly report quality performance to management, including quality issue, improvement suggestions, etc.
- Summarize customer service quality issues and conduct specific improvement training to improve the quality and professional skills of the customer service team.
- Participate in the formulation and optimization of service processes and standards for the customer service department.
