Kelayakan
- Diploma / Higher Diploma / Degree.
- English / Bahasa Malaysia Speaking and writing fluently, Mandrin / Cantonese speaking added value.
- Mastering in design skills in softwares.
- Multi tasking and presentable in design / paperwork and outfit / personality.
Tanggungjawab
- Warm and great attitude and able to handle full consultancy work from conceptual presentation to project completion inclusive all design aspects ie: Construction and detail drawings, shop drawings, 3D Visuals / Sketching / Layout Drawings / Spec-sheets / Material Board and etc.
- To liaise and coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and acceptable quality standards.
- Attend site meeting and document minutes of meeting and progress reports for every project.
- Maintain quality of service, good relationships, continuous learning and on-time delivery.
- Required to coordinate for site works and support each other with other departments ie: Project Team, QS Team to prepare and monitoring all site work aspects.
- Other Adhoc matters.
