Job Overview: We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our team and contribute to the creation of exceptional interior spaces. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for design, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. As an Interior Designer, you will collaborate closely with clients, architects, and fellow designers to conceptualize and execute design solutions that align with project objectives and client preferences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
- Proven experience in interior design, preferably within a design firm or architectural practice.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit.
- Strong creative vision and ability to translate conceptual ideas into cohesive design solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Commitment to sustainability and environmentally conscious design practices is desirable.

Tanggungjawab
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather essential information and identify design opportunities and constraints.
- Develop innovative design concepts that balance aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.
- Create detailed drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures that align with the design concept and project requirements.
- Prepare and present design proposals, including sketches, renderings, and material samples, to clients for review and approval
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate execution of design projects.
- Monitor project progress, resolve any design-related issues or challenges that arise during implementation, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance design capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Cultivate positive relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster repeat business and referrals.
