- Able to speak in Mandarin and other language.
- Passionate on interior design & renovation.
- Good at arrangement , good time management.
- Good communication skill.
- Positive attitude.
- Work smart.
- Basic knowledge on renovation.
- Understand layout plan / drawing.
- Optional : bring in renovation sales for residents & commercial.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Tanggungjawab
- To create schedule for sub cons to enter premises for renovation.
- Able/willing to converse with sub cons & customer.
- Make sure no defect or delay on the project.
- Able to think fast and resolve onsite issue.
- Submit progress report on the renovation status.
- Create quotation and present to client.
