Kelayakan
- Preferably a Diploma or Degree in manufacturing or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in QC.
- Proficiency in using standard checking equipment like calipers and micrometers.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 is advantageous.
- Demonstrate passion for learning and knowledge sharing.
Tanggungjawab
- Ensure finished goods meet customer requirements.
- Prepare inspection and test reports promptly.
- Identify materials or finished goods with inspection status.
- Liaise with production supervisor/shift leader on quality issues.
- Report potential quality problems to superiors.
- Coordinate quality control activities for specific sections.
- Ensure timely completion of reports to customers and subcontractors.
- Ensure production process follows standard operating procedures.
- Responsible for product safety and quality.
- Maintain and implement ISO 9001:2015 Quality System.
- Approve all incoming/outgoing reports.
- Authorized to halt production after consultation with Asst. Supervisor, Senior Supervisor/Leader in Charge.
