Kelayakan
- Open to all candidates with SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proven years of working experience in retail or customer service.
- Able to communicate well as the roles requires to deal with customers.
- Willing to work on retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
- Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Parking allowance and product training is provided.
Tanggungjawab
- Greet customers and provide detailed information about products, features, pricing, and services.
- Demonstrate products and guide customers throughout the shopping experience.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and after-sales support.
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately.
- Follow store SOPs and assist with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, stocking, product displays, and maintaining store cleanliness.
