Kelayakan
Position Summary:
Overall responsibility is to plan, analyze, UAT, implement and maintain business management based information systems related to internal and external application with the objective of ensuring business operation is running smoothly
Requirements
- Familiar with manufacturing/shop floor application system functionality and support function, preferable with SFCS and Warehouse system.
- At least 2 to 3 years working experience in the manufacturing environment especially with hands on experience for manufacturing system.
- Required skill(s): Ability to read/write SQL command, knowing Oracle procedure, Trigger and DB jobs etc.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Mandarin speaker an added advantage
- Provide after office hours support to users should systems face any problems or abnormalities.
- Must willing to work Overtime and Shift Work.
- Allowance and OT will be paid
Tanggungjawab
- Maintaining and administering internal and external systems such as installing and configuring, modifying and upgrading of the System that use for office and production covering hardware, software, network, printer and related services according to checklist and procedures.
- Managing and troubleshooting of system issue and providing root cause analysist with solutions.
- Perform setting and maintenance of system security to safeguard the integrity of information for end users.
- Test and confirm systems functions are within the business functions and requirements in order to ensure the system developed is feasible for live run and accepted by users.
- Prepare Training and Support Manual in order to train users to have proper understanding to utilize the system.
- Execute system release as per system deployment flow and requirements and liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth release and minimize interruption to Production lines.
- Develop training material and SOP documents for documentation and treat as new engineers training references.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned by Section Manager or HOD. Report the jobs status and activities to superior accordingly.
