Kelayakan
- Language: Mandarin - Fluent speaking/writing - The main language of communication with customers & English - Normal, basic
- Education Requirements: PMR/SPM /STPM/KOLEJ/UNIVERSITY/DIPLOMA/DEGREE
- Must have knowledge of the use of computer
- Having knowledge of Microsoft and Excel will be added advantage
- Shift system - Morning, Afternoon, Night (8 HR/per shift)
Tanggungjawab
- Master customer issues and concerns.
- Guide customers to use our client application platform.
- Handling customer inquiries.
- Established a good relationship with customers and teams.
- To confirm that all Treasury cash inflows and outflows are paid and received accordingly on the value date.
- Develop and maintain an effective control system of filing, records, communications, and correspondences.
- Comply strictly with internal and external policies and guidelines in performing daily operations.
- Perform other finance and/or ad-hoc tasks as and when instruct and assign to you by Management from time to time.
