Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related field.
- Previous experience in sales or account management roles, preferably within the media or advertising industry.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Familiarity with the F&B industry and understanding of influencer marketing trends on Xiaohongshu.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and influencers.
- Goal-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
- Proactive in addressing client needs and campaign challenges, with a solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client service delivery.
Tanggungjawab
- Build and maintain relationships with clients in the F&B industry, understanding their promotional needs and goals.
- Offer our specialized service of connecting clients with Xiaohongshu influencers, ensuring effective promotion of their products on social media.
- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their target audience, product offerings, and marketing objectives, tailoring Xiaohongshu influencer recommendations accordingly.
- Identify and recruit suitable Xiaohongshu influencers with relevant audience demographics and engagement rates to align with clients' promotional goals.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns from inception to execution, ensuring seamless collaboration between clients and influencers to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing clients with insightful reports on key performance indicators such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencer marketing strategies on Xiaohongshu, leveraging insights to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
