Kelayakan
- Diploma in HR Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years working experience in related field.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ulu Kelang, Ampang and Kepong.
- Knowledge in Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relation Act 1967, and prevailing HR practices and legislation.
- Possess integrity and able to handle confidentiality in the course of work.
- Familiar with Access UBS Payroll software would be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application.

Tanggungjawab
- To assist and/or handle the full spectrum of HR responsibilities for HQ & Branches.
- Process payroll and ensure meeting the payment deadline of government statutory.
- To assist in recruitment and hiring process including job posting, screening, shortlisting, pre-interview, reference checks and job offer.
- Handle recording of disciplinary and grievance matters, help out in documentation during investigations.
- To assist in maintaining company HACCP system (training section).
- Help out and/or handle foreign worker affair and well-being.
- Coordinate training programs with internal and external trainers including training registration in HRDC portal (submission of grants, follow-up on the approvals, and managing claims/queries)
- To perform any additional or ad hoc assignments from the Superior and The Management from time to time.
