Kelayakan
- Possess at least a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or any related skills.
- Have at least 1 to 2 years of working experience related to sales.
- Must possess responsible, meticulous, good-communication, follow up skills and teamwork.
- Willingness to travel.
Tanggungjawab
- Proactively identify and seek new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospect development.
- Develop and maintain strong sales channels to ensure a continuous flow of new opportunities.
- Build and nurture solid relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Ability to explore new sales markets and bring in new sales.
- Set and achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) in line with company objectives.
- Regularly report sales progress, challenges, opportunities, etc., to the sales manager.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and feedback to the team to enhance product/service and sales strategies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery within scheduled deadlines.
- Additional ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
