Kelayakan
- Ability to use Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents or engineering drawings
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably in sheet metal fabrication
- Knowledge of basic mechanical and electrical principles and equipment operations
- Must be organized and be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Be flexible and willing to adapt to meet business needs
Tanggungjawab
- Establishing and maintaining quality standards for manufactured products, ensuring they meet both regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
- Implementing and managing quality control processes throughout the manufacturing lifecycle, from raw material inspection to final product testing.
- Conducting regular audits of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Investigating quality issues or defects to determine root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborating with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components, including conducting supplier audits and managing supplier corrective actions.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of quality processes, test results, and corrective actions taken, and providing regular reports to management on quality performance.
- Leading or participating in continuous improvement projects to enhance manufacturing processes, reduce defects, and increase overall product quality and efficiency.
- Providing training and support to manufacturing personnel on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistent adherence to quality requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards, such as ISO, FDA, or other regulatory requirements applicable to the manufacturing sector.
- Working closely with other departments such as Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to address quality issues, implement quality improvements, and support new product introductions.
- Monitoring customer feedback and complaints related to product quality, investigating issues, and implementing corrective actions (8D Report) to enhance customer satisfaction.
