Kelayakan
- Experience with accounting software and data entry (SQL)
- Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedure
- Advanced knowledge and experience with spreadsheets
- Ability to work independently
- Analytical skills
- Can cooperate with China colleague
- Knowing three language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Tanggungjawab
- Monitoring daily financial transactions
- Overseeing accounting procedures like billing and invoicing.
- Ensure that tax processes and other financial activities follow government regulations
- Preparing and examining data before inputting IT in general ledger accounts.
- Recognizing and setting inconsistencies in financial records
- Verifying that an organization's expenses stay within budget.
- Working with banks, public auditors and other external employees to keep financial records in order.
- Reconciling the company's bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
- Completing analysis of the employee expenditures
- Managing income and expenditure account
- Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company
