Title: Customer support/ Translation
Project: Healthcare
Type of role: Translation support between doctors and patients based in the US
Experience range: 0 – 10 years (Fresh graduates are welcome)
Open for high school/SPM/Diploma/degree holders
Shifts: Permanent night shift, shift allowances provided (RM 25 per night)
Transport allowance: RM 500 per month (pro-rated)
Work location: Tech M, Cyberjaya
Language proficiency: Mandarin/Cantonese & Good English
Full time office mode
5 days per week (Monday to Friday), regular Saturday & Sunday Off
Working hours: 9 PM to 6 AM/ 10 PM to 7 AM
- Skilled at communicating, both orally and in writing in Mandarin/Cantonese & English
- Basic understanding of linguistics and different cultures.
- Skilled in adjusting to rapidly changing circumstances
- Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and skilled at exercising initiative within the parameter of company policies and procedures.
Tanggungjawab
This position performs skilled consecutive, first-person interpretation. Work is performed and reviewed under direct supervision, using well-defined policies and procedures. Limited opportunity exists for exercising independent judgment and decision-making. An incumbent refers most problems to a supervisor and generally all non-routine problems.
- Provides meaning-for-meaning interpreting.
- Follows interpreter protocols as per training, policies, and procedures.
- Follows all policies and procedures related to information confidentiality and interpreter ethics.
- Attends all required training.
- Continuously improves vocabulary and specialized subject matter knowledge, as required for various clients.
- Maintains confidentiality as policies.
Manfaat
Shift allowances provided (RM 25 per night)
Transport allowance: RM 500 per month (pro-rated)

- Optical benefit up to 120 USD (for each individual), for self, spouse & children – Claimable after completion of 1 year for permanent/converted employee only.
- Dental up to 500 USD (for each individual), for self, spouse & children – Claimable after completion of 1 year for permanent/converted employee only.
- Annual Leave 10 days for first 2 years, 12 days after completion of 2 years (prorated).
- Medical Leave as per Labor law - 14 days.
- Bereavement leave – 3 working days in an event of death in the immediate family (Spouse, Children, parents).
- Maternity Leave – for 98 consecutive days for associates. To start not earlier than 30 days from the expected due date, or post the due date.
- Paternity leaves – 7 days
